Replacement Policy
- We only replace items if they are defective or damaged during transit.
- To be eligible for a replacement, you must notify us within 48 hours of receiving the product.
- The item must be unused, in its original packaging, and in the same condition as received.
Items Not Eligible for Replacement
- Customized T-shirts (since they are personalized)
- Worn or washed clothing
- Items returned without prior approval
How to Request a Replacement

- We will review your request and inform you of the next steps.
- If approved, you will need to ship the product back to us at our given address.
- Once we receive and verify the item, we will send a replacement.
Shipping for Replacements
- Customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
- We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure the item reaches us.
- If the replacement is approved, we will cover the shipping cost for the new item.
Late or Missing Replacements
If you have not received your replacement, please:
- Check your email for a shipping confirmation.
- Track your package using the tracking details provided.
- Contact us if you have not received it within 7 days.
